To provide that the unit production from each of said cross unit horizontal wells shall be allocated to each unit from which it produces in the same proportion as the perforated length of the lateral in each unit bears to the total length of the perforated lateral as determined by an "as drilled" survey performed after the cross unit well is drilled and completed, provided that unit production shall continue to be shared on a surface acreage basis. 4. To provide that unit production from said cross unit horizontal wells shall be separated and metered individually and this information shall be reported in the manner prescribed by the Office of Conservation. 5. To provide that the unit allowables for each unit, respectively, may be produced from the either the unit well, any alternate unit well, or any combination thereof, at the operator's discretion. 6. To provide that, with respect to any cross unit horizontal wells drilled to the Haynesville Zone, Reservoir A, within or to serve the units, where the horizontal portion of the well is cased and cemented back above the top of the Haynesville Zone, Reservoir A, the distance to any unit boundary and any offset well(s) will be calculated based on the distance to the nearest perforation in the well, and not based on the penetration point or terminus. 7. To provide that, except to the extent contrary herewith, extend the provisions of Order No. 270-MM, effective June 19, 2007, as amended and supplemented by the 270-MM Series of Orders. 8. The Haynesville Zone, Reservoir A was initially defined in Order No. 270-MM, effective June 19, 2007, was redefined as to HA RA SU67 by Order No. 270-MM-39, effective December 15, 2009, and as to HA RA SUL by Order No. 270-MM-11, effective February 10, 2009, as being that gas and condensate bearing zone encountered between the depths of 9,828' and 11,145' (electrical log measurements) in the Comstock Oil & Gas-LA, LLC (formerly Greystone Oil & Gas, LLP)-Querbes 29 No. 2 Well, located in Section 29, Township 16 North, Range 16 West. To find that each of the proposed cross unit horizontal wells are reasonable and in the interest of conservation and are necessary to drain portions of the HA RA SUO in the Chemard Lake Field and HA RA SUMM and the proposed HA RA SUSS in the Grogan Field, underlying such units, which cannot be efficiently and economically drained by any existing well in such units. 6. To provide that each of the unit allowables for HA RA SUO in the Chemard Lake Field, and for HA RA SUMM and HA RA SUSS, in the Grogan Field, may be produced from either the unit well, any alternate unit well, or any combination thereof, at the operator's discretion. 10. To redefine the Haynesville Zone, Reservoir A, INSOFAR AND ONLY INSOFAR as HA RA SUCC is concerned, as the stratigraphic equivalent of that gas and condensate bearing zone encountered between the depths of 9,702' and 11,149' (electrical log measurements) in the Exco-Wages 12 No. 1 Well, located in Section 12, Township 18 North, Range 16 West. 6. To permit the Applicant to drill, designate and utilize eight horizontal wells, one of which to serve as a unit well for HA RA SUCC at the location and in the general manner shown on the plat submitted with the application, or at any legal location within said unit, and the other seven horizontal wells to serve as alternate unit wells for HA RA SUCC at the locations and in the general manner shown on the plat submitted with the application, or at any other legal location within said unit. 7.
