To permit the applicant to drill, designate and utilize six cross unit horizontal wells to serve as alternate unit wells for HA RA SUW and HA RA SUUU, at the locations and in the general manner shown on the plat submitted with the application, in exception to the spacing provisions of Office of Conservation Order No. 92-N, effective October 7, 2008; provided that said proposed cross unit horizontal wells will be perforated no closer than 330' from any unit boundary except for the common unit boundary between HA RA SUW and HA RA SUUU. 2. To explicitly find that the proposed cross unit horizontal alternate unit wells are reasonable and in the interest of conservation and are necessary to drain a portion of the Haynesville Zone, Reservoir A, underlying such units, which cannot be efficiently and economically drained by any existing well in such units. 3. To provide that unit production from said cross unit horizontal wells shall be allocated to each unit in the same proportion as the perforated length of the lateral in each unit bears to the total length of the perforated lateral as determined by an "as drilled" survey performed after the cross unit wells are drilled and completed; provided that unit production shall continue to be shared on a surface acre basis. 4. To provide that production from said cross unit horizontal wells shall be separated and metered individually and this information shall be reported to the Office of Conservation in the manner prescribed by the Commissioner of Conservation. 5. To provide that, with respect to any cross unit horizontal wells drilled to the Haynesville Zone, Reservoir A, within or to serve HA RA SUW and HA RA SUUU, where the horizontal lateral portion of the wells are cased and cemented back above the top of the Haynesville Zone, Reservoir A, the distance to any unit boundary and any offset well(s) should be calculated based on the distance to the nearest perforation in the well, and not based on the penetration point or terminus, and that the proposed cross unit lateral should be perforated no closer than 330' to any unit boundary of a unit other than the common unit boundary for those units for which it is designated to serve as a unit well or as an alternate unit well. 6. To provide that each of the unit allowables for HA RA SUW and HA RA SUUU, respectively, may be produced from either the unit well, any alternate unit well, or any combination thereof, at the operator's discretion. 7. Except to the extent contrary herewith, to provide that the provisions of Office of Conservation Order No. 92-N, effective October 7, 2008, as amended and supplemented by the 92-N Series of Orders and any applicable Statewide Orders, shall remain in full force and effect. 8. To confirm Applicant as the operator of HA RB SUO, HA RB SUM and HA RB SUA. 5. To permit the operator of HA RB SUO, HA RB SUM and HA RB SUA to produce the unit allowable for each of said units from the respective unit wells, substitute unit wells, or any alternate unit wells, or from any combination thereof, at its discretion. 6.
