To provide that if the horizontal portion of a well is cased and cemented back above the top of the Haynesville Zone, the distance to any unit boundary and offset well(s) will be calculated based on the distance to the nearest perforation in the well and not on the penetration point or terminus of the well. 4. To provide that the unit allowables for HA RA SU128 and HA RA SU78 may be produced from the unit well, from any alternate unit well, or from any combination of such wells serving the unit, at the discretion of the operator. 5. To provide that production from a cross unit horizontal well shall be allocated to each unit penetrated by the well in the same proportion as the perforated length of the lateral in each such unit bears to the total length of the perforated lateral as determined by an "as drilled" survey performed after the well has been drilled and completed. 6. To provide that the unit allowables for HA RA SUDD and HA RD SUGG may be produced from the unit well, from any alternate unit well, or from any combination of such wells serving the unit, at the discretion of the operator. 5. To provide that production from a cross unit horizontal well shall be allocated to each unit penetrated by the well in the same proportion as the perforated length of the lateral in each such unit bears to the total length of the perforated lateral as determined by an "as drilled" survey performed after the well has been drilled and completed. 6.
