PUBLIC NOTICE - - - SECTION 00002 ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Town of Albany (herein referred to as the "Owner") Sealed bids marked "Sealed Bid" Town of Albany Waste Water Treatment Facility Repairs will be received by the Owner for the construction of the project described as follows: This project involves the repairs to the existing facility to restore operation to pre-2016 flood conditions. Proposals shall be addressed to Town of Albany and delivered to the Town of Albany office located at 29565 South Montpelier Ave. P.O. PUBLIC NOTICE - - - NOTICE OF OPPORTUNITY FOR A PUBLIC HEARING The Regional Transit Authority (RTA) will hold a hearing at 6:00 p.m. on April 22, 2019 if RTA receives a written request for a hearing by April 18, 2019 by 5:00 p.m. The purpose of the hearing would be to discuss Low or No Emission Grant Program Section 5339(c) Fixing America's Surface Transportation (FAST) Act grant application to the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) to provide funding for Capital Projects. Description/Federal Funds Requested: The grant application will provide $$2,876,000 of funding for the Purchase of (5) Electric Buses and Infrastructure. The total project estimate is $5,375,000. The total federal participation is $2,876,000 and the local match is $2,499,000. Project funds have been programmed in the Local and State Transportation Improvement Programs. No persons, families, or businesses will be displaced by these projects. Project funds have been programmed in the local and State Transportation Improvement Programs. These projects are responsive to the Americans with Disabilities Act and Clean Air legislation.
